If you purchased the product from one of our physical sales points, please contact the store directly for returns. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
For online purchases, you can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. To process a return, include the invoice and a return form or letter with your order number.
Refunds for bank transfers will be processed within 10 days. Credit card refunds may take 2 to 6 weeks depending on your bank.
